Jaak is an Afrikaans MC from Paarl signed to Pioneer Unit.

Sweet(sweat in Afrikaans) produced by Hipe is taken off Jaak's debut solo album, Flêtse Maniere.

The track is about everyday struggle in the Cape Flats and the video was shot in Paarl.
